Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Official Training Courses

There are seven core courses for CRM 2011, three of which have directly associated exams and the remaining four go together to prepare for the Applications exam. In addition there are several other courses which do not lead directly to accreditation but will improve your knowledge and in-depth understanding of certain topics.

80293A: Service Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (1 day - four combined courses leading to exam MB2-868
80294B: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration (3 days leading to exam MB2-866)
80296A: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment (2 days leading to exam MB2-867)
80295A: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (3 days for developers building scripts, plugins, and other integration methods
